I was feeling a little tired overall, and my legs where really tired and slightly muscle fatiqued. So I jogged along in a slow pace. Until I had to overtake a younger male runner 🤣 I ended running a bit faster than what would ne optimal... I dont get how my watch wanted me to do interval sessions...? Crazy Garmin!
