I havent been running, hardly moving…, since sunday.
I’m not joking…
The Covid and then the negative stress from work has ruined my performance and my training.
This route has some steep hills that I tried to push myself on.
I should be on my taper towards Copenhagen Marathon, but now I’m just trying to be able to run it…
I’m depressed as fuck!
At least the weather was good, even if quite windy.
