VO2max intervals and tempo session

Still a bit hot for this type of training, but it worked ok’ish…
Even 6 hours after the run, my body is boiling and restless, and I have a feeling of pressure in my brain.
Typical signs of overheating !
I need a good quality sleep, but also right now miss having a beautiful and fit woman next to me.
I’m so tired…
