What ???

I was supposed to do a Posture Run, ending with 10 minutes VO2max.
After 500m my stomach swelled up and I got bloated and slightly painfull.
So ended up doing some speed sessions and some walking, without any rythm.
Even if it was a very slow 5K combined, I feel really tired !
The primary training benefit would be VO2max, but in reality not really…
Recovery should be done by 02:00 Wednesday early morning 😆
Looks like I’ll have to do a recovery/base run, Tuesday afternoon for 45 minutes 🙂
