Effective Run

Runnig round Utterslev Mose.
Flat and very competitive, with a mix of gravel and asphalt.
The training came out as VO2max, but it was actually a very effective tempo-run.
Some slight tempo changes here and there.
Mostly related to the presence of other runners ?
