After- & Before- Run

First run after the catastrophic DHL, and first run before “Last Minute Panic Training” to Copenhagen Half in exactely 14 days.
Even if Garmin said I was recovered after the DHL, my legs felt tired and heavy.
I think its the first time ever, that Garmin has predicted my recovery to be done sooner than how I feel myself.
I’m 8 weeks training behind and 2 kg’s above where I should be 🙁
Mentally, runningwise, I’m in a low place.
