First Real Run in a Week

One reason for all the cross-like training last week, and not much real running, had to do with my sciatica problem.
And that I need general strengh!
And that I need to loose a little weight and gain at least some kind of a six-pack…
For the sake of activating my leg-muscles a little and work on my lower-leg-lift, that needs to be higher, I did some needed hill runs on Vasevej.
It was hot today, so it quickly became a hard session.
