Edit: Its 2.5 hours since the race ended. I do not feel great !!! Its not that I have a headache (worst thing for me !!! ), I'm just empty… I can literally feel that I was running hot. So great there was a waterhose in the harbor area. After pushing much to hard on the first 7K (I was 4 minutes ahead of my schedule on first and second lap) it turned out to be a really good thing that I cooled my head and legs with water and consumed a gel between laps. I took a preemptive salt tablet an hour before the race. That was a really good idea. Garmin acts up and claims I'm totally "overtraining" and needs at least 4 days recovery. I',m letting my sugar-girl do all the work tonight. I'm only activating one bodypart (actually she does that 😁) and not moving my body at all 😜 / End Edit 21.1K Quick start. Ran the first 7K to fast. Turned out I ran with a man, that only ran 7K 🤪 The second 7K lap was . , hot 🌞 The last 7 was a strugle 😆 But I got the exact training effect that I wanted. Oh, I won the race 👍👍👍
