Vo2, after a week with no running…

Having had three sickdays and then been horribly tired every afternoon since, today was first qualityrun after the short 3K sunday run, where I didn’t feel great.
So actually a week without running.
But this run was ok.
I’m not fully strong yet, but its a lot better.
Recovery from this run is said to be 29 hours, and thats going to fit perfect towards the half marathon race on sunday, if I do some short low effort runs on friday and saturday.
