At the moment my Marathon shape is at 41%.


In two days I have a 12K trail race, so had to take it slow and be careful.
The average tempo of 6.18 shows just how slow it was, but I did take three brakes without stopping the watch.
Two brakes for drinking and a brake to urinate in a bush.
I managed to keep recovery at 46 hours, and I think thats going to be fine by saturday morning, if my sleep is good.
