Very easy running. I'm a little affraid to loose the boost from the New Years Run, so had to do this little slow run at 72-78% HRmax, hoping that recovery would be less than 12 hours. It ended up being 20 hours (?) 😀 At least I got som K's done in the dark, with rain and wind.
