Recovery Run – Activation Run

Havent been running in many days.
Have a little shin-splint pain after using the 10 mm drop Asics.
And thats an important pain to heal ASAP.
So today was to run in recover mode, but also as activation before tomorrow.
To be honest, the speed felt a little harder than my wanted marathon pace.
That sucks!
Met a little, very talkative cat, and that always lifts the spirit 🙂😺
